Refund & Cancellation Policy
At WittyMinds Technologies, we ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Below is our refund & cancellation policy applicable for all services, courses, and digital products purchased via Razorpay.
1. Service-Based Projects
Refunds are subject to the service stage:
- 100% refund if cancellation is requested before project initiation.
- 50% refund if work has begun but is less than 25% completed.
- No refund after 25% or more project completion.
2. Digital Products & Courses
- No refund on delivered digital products.
- Course enrollment fees are non-refundable after access credentials are shared.
3. Subscription / Maintenance Plans
- Refund available only if cancellation request is made before service activation.
4. Payment via Razorpay
All refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Razorpay within 7–14 business days.
5. Cancellation Requests

6. No Refund Situations
- Delay due to client-side approvals
- Change of mind after work completion
- Third-party charges (domain, hosting, cloud, ads)
