Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be mutually agreed in writing.

2. Payments

• Advance or milestone payments are required
• Invoices must be paid before final delivery
• Third-party costs (domain/hosting/cloud) are client responsibility

3. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables belong to client after full payment
• Source code ownership is based on agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information & materials
• Timely approvals

5. Limitation of Liability

WittyMinds Technologies is not responsible for:

• losses due to delays beyond control
• third-party outage or failure
• misuse by client

7. Governing Law

Indian legal jurisdiction applies.
