- If work on the service has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy for Service-Based Projects
Refunds for service-based projects depend on the stage of project completion:
- 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the project or service work begins.
- 50% refund if work has begun but less than 25% of the project has been completed.
- No refund will be issued once 25% or more of the project work has been completed.
3. Digital Products & Online Courses
- Digital products once delivered are non-refundable.
- Course enrollment fees are non-refundable once access credentials or course materials have been provided.
- If access has not been granted due to technical error from our side, a refund may be considered.
4. Subscription & Maintenance Plans
- Subscription services may be cancelled before activation for a full refund.
- Once a subscription or maintenance plan has been activated, refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Payment Processing & Refund Timeline
Payments on our website are processed through secure payment gateways such as Cashfree Payments and Razorpay.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction through the respective payment gateway.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

- Completed software development or technical services
- Delivered digital products
- Consultation services already provided
- Custom development work after project milestones are achieved
